Q. When will my order ship?

A. The best estimate for turnaround time is posted at the top of every page.

Q. Why is the turnaround time so long?

A. All products are made to order, and it is common that we have a lot of orders at one time.

Q. Is the leather floppy?

A. Yes, it has decent flexibility and that will increase the more a belt is handled.

Q. Why does velcro cost more?

A. The velcro will be hand stitched to your belt and this simply takes longer than setting snaps.
